Providing Meca Bundle for eJP

The current MECA submission goes through the testing site (every 12 hours)

• Should be in the testing folder, bundles are going through!
• PDF didn't get included in last run, need to confirm on our end it was there.

Issues¶

• The article-title is the last one that is found. We cannot include sub-articles or reference in the JATS
  • Solution for now is just to use JATS as metadata
• The abstract is the last one found
  • How do we add the plain language summary?
  • Running title
  • keypoints
  • index terms
• Authors
  • only picking up first author?
  • most fields look like they are going through
• Funding is great
• All files must be tagged before continuing the submission
  • We have simplified our output to include only the files relevant to GEMS, but it is still a lot to go through and tag
  • Is there any way to set the kind on the files? We know the types, and are including them in the transfer.xml
